of success, please provide as much and accurate information as

you must provide us with a valid email address. We will
display your email address in your ad. Failure to provide a valid
email address (it's the only way we would contact you if necessary)

exposure or spam, create a separate (and usually free) e-mail
account for your ad (i.e. Billshousesearch@gmail.com) and use
this account to receive your contacts. Some of the more popular
places where you can get a free email account include Google Gmail and MSN Hotmail.
- Private information which we
ask for to better understand your circumstances. This will not
be posted on the website.
All the private information
provided by you will be kept confidential. Your contact information,
other than email address, will also be kept confidential unless
you request to have it posted within your listing. Please read our privacy

Our focus here is to create an environment where Tenant/Buyers
meet Landlord/Sellers for the purposes of creating win-win Rent-to-Own
arrangements. However, this is the world-wide-web and your contact
information may be gathered by unrelated parties and used for
other purposes such as email, regular mail and/or telemarketing
campaigns. If this concerns you, don't show any of your optional

Upon review and acceptance of
your free property listing, we will notify you via email. At
that time, you will be given the opportunity to email us up to
four photos of your real estate. If our email to you is rejected for any
reason, we will delete your ad.
If you will be taking new photos
with a digital camera, please set your camera to low quality.
The photos will show up fine on a monitor. Higher resolutions
are meant for printing. Then save your photos on your computer
in a folder that you can refer to when attaching them to the
email.
These photos should be in JPEG
format (.jpg file extension). We will accept GIF formats (.gif
file extension), but we will convert them to JPEGs. If you know
how to compress the file size with photo editing software such
as Photoshop, please reduce each photo to 72 dpi or low quality.
WARNING! High resolution (high quality) photos
will result in large file sizes. This will only cause an unnecessary
increase in transmission times. We will reduce the file sizes
of your photos (compress) to optimize website performance regardless
of what you send.
