Sold the home thru a realtor, but I received 4 or 5 inquiries on the property thru this website. This was more than I expected from a relatively small site. I really like the free and open nature of this website, no tricks or gimmicks. I'll use you again, if needed.

Mike, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all that you have done for me and my family.

Six months ago, when I saw your website, jscinvestments.com I was very excited. I was looking for a house rental and somehow I happened upon your website. It was a fluke. That “fluke” turned out to be one of the best days of my life. I remember sending you an e-mail to get information about a rent to own property you had listed on your web-site and thinking this seems too good to true. It was the first time since my bankruptcy that I felt getting my own home again might be possible. I remember the feeling I had after I sent that first e-mail. It was like buying a lottery ticket and dreaming about the possibilities. I knew I could afford my own home, but I also knew I could not get any financing from anyone. I felt trapped in my expensive apartment. With the end of my lease 4 months away I knew I needed to take a chance. It was not until I met you that I found someone willing to take a chance on me.

I remember being disappointed that you had no properties that had a basement, but then you suggested we get together and discuss an idea you had about renting with option to buy, but this time the buyer found the house not the seller! Of course, everyone I told about this, said it was an impossibility and there had to be an angle. I was not deterred. After we met, I knew in my heart you were everything I prayed you would be; honest, forthright, helpful and decent. What an experience, searching for a house I would own, when only a month before I had no options other than renting an apartment.

Well, I have lived in my dream house for 2 months now and I have to tell you it gets better everyday. I paid my last land-lord $84,000.00 to live for 7 years in his apartment. I just wish I had met you 7 years ago.

Mike, there are not enough words to describe to you how you have helped me realize my dreams. I know now that I have a legacy to leave my daughter. That is a feeling that is priceless.

Everyone involved in the process from the realtor to the home inspector was helpful and friendly.

I am writing this letter as a testimonial to the superb services provided by JSC Investments and Mike Pappas.

My husband and I were abruptly forced to leave Florida and our wonderful home due to circumstances beyond our control. Initially we explored the traditional routes of dealing with our house. We signed up with a realtor who did not work out and we looked into a straight rental deal thru a property management company.

We were never really comfortable with either of these avenues. We didn't want to sell because the area our house is in is appreciating nicely and we did not want the traditional renter in our house.
