My wife and I have
three children (2 boys-10, 8 and 1 girl-3). We are currently
renting a home in Trussville and our preference would be to remain
in the area thus allowing our children to remain the the Trussville
schools system. However we've broadend our search b/c our options
are limited as we have to resort to a special scenario (owner
financing, rent to own, lease purchase, etc.). We are prepared
to move forward immediately, as soon as we find the right home
and the right situation. As far as rent goes we currently
pay $800 but I'm aware that I've got literally no chance of maintaing
that amount monthly so we are able to go up a couple of hundred
dollars monthly. Our current lease expires at the end of
Feb. 2009 and that's our deadline. I can't help but think
that with the real estate market the way it is, SURELY there
is a scenario that would allow me to provide a home for my family. |
