Nice
kitchen, NO wood paneling on the walls please, I would love a
nice bathtub (everyone knows women love nice kitchens and bathrooms!)
A yard is required, we have a german pinscher that is hyper and
needs a yard to play in, also if there is a door that goes to
the fenced in back yard would be ideal in our case! A safe neighborhood
and preferably more of a neighborhood setting because I don't
want a lot of traffic in front of my house. 2+ bedrooms and 1.5+
bath would be needed. I am looking for rent to be under $900
too. Hopefully this will help us find a great landlord that has
a home with an option to buy! |
