My husband has been
a Therapist with the State of California for 7 years and I am
currently a stay-at-home Mom of 19 month-old twins with a new
baby to be born at the end of May. I am currently enrolled in
college so I can finish my Computer Science degree and return
to work with the City of L.A. as a Programmer. We also have one
playful and sweet black Lab named Leon. As most families, we
have had our share of financial struggles in the past and are
currently starting to work our way out of many of our debts.
We are a hard-working and honest family with ambitions and goals.
Due to our current credit status, we realize we are not able
to purchase a home at this time, but we are willing to do what
it takes to make that dream become a reality. We've been in the
"renting game" for the past several years and just
want to have what our parents had, a home that we can call our
own. We want our kids to grow up in a stable home like my husband
and I did. Foremost, we really desire to be in a home that is
surrounded by a safe, family-oriented environment with great
schools, friendly neighbors, city pride and cultural diversity.
Also, we are looking to move closer to our jobs, colleges, family
and friends, which are primarily located in Orange and Los Angeles
counties. The Eastvale/North Corona area is where we feel most
of our needs will be met. We are looking for a home with at least
4+ bedrooms, 2.5+ bathrooms and a LEASE-TO-OWN option only. At
this point, we really want to take steps toward purchasing a
home and can lease for a year or more. If you are an agent, investor
or a homeowner looking to sell your home, we would appreciate
you contacting us ASAP in hopes that you can work with us or
help us find what we are looking for. We are willing to negotiate
a leasing price and want to move out of our current residence
by the end of our lease agreement- July 31st. Thank you and we
