would like to actually move in the 2010 to be safe. Somewhere
in April. I would like to rent to own a house w/ @ least 3bd
or plus & 2ba, 1-2 car gargage, back yard. Under $200.000
with payments between 1,000 to 1,300. If possible a family room
w/a fire place. living room. Master bath if possible to have
2 sinks w/tube and shower. It does not have to be seperated.
I would like s single family home, but willing to accept townhouse
as well. washer and dryer hook up. dish washer. If possile nice
wood floors through out the home or townhouse. Carpet only in
the bedrooms if possible. If possible lots of storage. Well kept
and clean. No problem with dogs. No Assoication Fees please. |
