I
am interested in a rent to own, or rent, single family home 2-2
to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths, garage, outside pet okay, central
air if possible, but not necessary. I am a first time home buyer
and would like to purchase a home but want to rent to own to
be certain a particular house is for us. Another option I would
like is to be able to rent a house, even if the house does not
have the rent to own option. I currently rent an apartment and
it is too small for the four of us. I am paying $1,285.00 per
month for a two bedroom, 2 bath, and have been here for two years.
We are a family of four, two adults (39, 25) and two kids (19,
13). Before this apartment I rented a house in Riverside for
11 years. The landlord passed away and we were forced to move
due to an ownership change and the rent increasing by triple
the amount we were paying. We were all saddened, by my landlord
passing and having to take my kids from their childhood home,
and have wanted to get into another house ever since. Unfortunately
even though I requested it several times over the 11 years we
lived there, my landlord would never sell her house to us. We
rented her house for 11 years. Please consider contacting me
