ideal home |
Hello,
I am looking for a rent to own house I can call my "home"
I am one of those people who fall under the category: "when
bad loans happen to good people". I have been a homeowner
since I was 21 years old and have been great with paying my mortgage
and bills on time. When I got a divorce I bought a house in Elk
Grove in 2000 and was great until recently. My ARM keeps adjusting
to the extent that I cannot afford the mortgage anymore. My house
is now so upside down in value that I didn't even qualify for
a loan mod. I tried my hardest to save my house but I will be
losing it soon. I have filed for bankruptcy ---for a fresh start
and for peace of mind. I am a single woman in my 40's---very
steady job. I have been in the hospitaly industry for over 20
years and 7 years here at my current employer. I make 60K a year
and my employer can provide you with a proof of income. As far
as credit history, I don't know if bankruptcy will affect everything.
I have been great with my regular bills (SMUD, PGE, comcast cable,
gardener, etc...) I have no rental history because I have been
a homeowner since I moved out of my parents house when I got
married. It will only be me and my baby dog for the next chapter
in my life. I would really like to "rent-to-own" a
house and was wondering if you can help me. I can afford a down
payment, and I can afford up to 1300.00 a month comfortably.
I am looking for an older house, established neighborhood, 2-3
bedrooms, 1-2 bath, fireplace, hardwood floors, and a big back
yard for my baby dog to run and play in. I work in downtown Sacramento
but I can travel as far as Marysville, El Dorado Hills, or the
outskirts. I hope I can meet your expectations and qualify for
this program. Please let me know if you can help me. I am looking
to move by July 1, 2009. I am very sincere and would truly appreciate
it if you would give me a chance. Thank you very much. |
