am looking for a minimum 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, with woodburning
fireplace, 1 story if possible. If you have a 2 story, that is
fine too. Must be in movable condition and definitely pet friendly.
Must allow pets. No major repairs that needs to be done. I am
limited on income, and down payment. My income is $1400 per month,
plus my home business should start bringing in around $1000 or
more per month. So the income should be around $2400 per month.
I am looking to move asap, do not want to rent anymore. I want
to build equity in the home, and do what I want with the house
(decorating, remodeling, etc). I would love to help you out on
this, and achieve my goal of owning a home. Can you help me?
