hello, looking for
a lease option with purchase to buy horse property preferably
in the Golden area but will consider all areas except far east
of Denver. We have two boys (10 and 7), two dogs, three cats,
and I board my horse. Due to the recent economic downturn, we
have found ourselves in the worst situation of our 15 year marriage.
We used to have picture-perfect credit, but no longer do. However,
the reason you know we are good renters/purchasers is this: My
husband has been at his job for nearly 20 years (federal government
agency) and I have about a year left of law school. So, things
are good, but just not good on paper. We are looking for a home
with at least 3, but preferably 4 bedrooms, horse property, at
least 5 but preferably 10 or more acres. We will purchase AS
SOON AS WE CAN qualify for a loan. Possibly trade for our home;
cul-de-sac huge lot at 64th and Quaker, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,
1200 square foot unfinished basement and 2300 feet upstairs on
two stories. |
