We
need a lease option home w/ acreage at least 2 acres, the home
needs to be 3000+ sq feet pref with a basement. We are open to
most cities except for Elizabeth, we would like to be within
45mins to Denver if possible. We can pay up to 3,000 per month
with a purchase price not to exceed 500k. We would like a 1-2
year lease option. I am a decorator & my hubby also has general
contracting experience, we would like to find a house to fix
up but if its already been done thats great to! If you or someone
