(maintainance free preferred). 2+ bathrooms, min. 3 bedrooms,
no down payment (I can negotiate a DP in carved into the first
years' rent if necessary). I prefer a rural location with city
within 30 minutes OR a downtown city location (brownstone). Dishwasher,
W/D, central air, deck/pool/hottub (not a deal breaker if the
price is right), newer roofing, maintainance free siding preferred,
island kitchen (or room for one during a renovation), large bathrooms,
I prefer stone or brick construction, but also not a deal-breaker
for the right place with the right price. |
