My ideal specifications
for a rental property are as follows (but I’m flexible):
Rent Range $1000-$1200 A nice, safe neighborhood preferably in
a gated community w/ good schools Newer 2-story single family
house or townhouse w/open floor plan Master bedroom on the 2nd
level. 1500+ square feet 3-4 bedrooms 2 ½ bathrooms Gourmet
kitchen w/Maple or Cherry cabinets Granite Counter Tops Stainless
steel or black Appliances Nice sized Master Bedroom Master Bathroom
w/soaking tub and separate shower 1-2 Car Garage A pool would
be nice only if maintenance is included In addition, I have had
some credit issues due to the recent situation with the housing
market but despite that I do have a great rental history. I am
a hardworking, responsible, trustworthy and dependable person,
who would pay the rent on time and take care of your property.
I am quiet and respectable, I am a non-smoker and I have no pets.
