We
are business owners in Ontario Canada. We are looking for a rent/lease
to own property, preferably in Highlands Reserve. We have 2 businesses,
and will eventually sell one next year, and the other in 5+ years.
We have all of our assets tied up in the businesses, so cannot
buy a 3rd property right now. We have a 10,000 down payment and
are looking for payments including ROA and taxes of 1300.00 per
month, with at least 300.oo going towards purchase price. We
want a 3 year term, and need the property to be in an area where
rentals are allowed. We are hoping to retire there during the
winter months eventually (Nov-April) but want to rent it out
to family in the mean time. Furnished would be preferred. 3-4
bedroom, enclosed pool. Loved Highlands Reserve. or in the vicinity. |
