Need to move from
Atlanta to Jacksonville no later than June 15. Mature, dependable
and responsible husband, wife & 6 lb. Poodle. Need 3/2 (ranch
style), single garage, central H/A. Prefer rent with option to
buy & can put down $3,000 (or rent to own) with at least
a 2-3 yr. lease. Perfect rental record for past 15 years (can
prove with reference letters) Had to break a lease only once
and that was for safety reasons. Some credit flaws but rent has
never been late. Will be in Jacksonville weekend of April 5th
and can look at houses. If you are interested, please send info
