I am seeking a home
within 30 minutes of Orlando. I would like to rent to own as
I have a few things to fix on my credit and will be able to get
a conventional mortgage in about a year. I am a good person that
has made a few mistakes and am in the middle of a divorce. I
am seeking 3+ bedrooms with at least 2 bathrooms. I am seeking
a home with a formal dining, formal living room, family room,
eat in kitchen, large master suite, pool and hot tub. I would
like to be in a nice town with good schools. I would like to
have a yard, fenced if at all possible, but not necessary. |
