We are looking for a 3 to 4 bedroom w/fenced in back yard, from $800 to $900 per month. Would like a 2 year contract for a lease purchase so we could have time to find a good mortage. There are 3 adults and 2 dogs that would be moving in. Myself, my wife and my brother in law who has downs syndrome. Our dogs are well trained and housebroken. We have very little to put down but can afford our payments just fine. I have steady job at Unicco @ Gulfstream for 2 years.We have excellent rental record for past 2 years and very good personal references. We could move sooner than May if something came available. |
