We've just moved back to the Atlanta area and we're looking for
a 0-5 year old home with an 18-month to 2 year lease purchase
agreement. MUST HAVES: 4+bedrooms, 3+full baths basement (finished
or unfinished) lots of windows quick access to I-20 WOULD LIKE
TO HAVE: deck swim tennis community nice upgrades like granite,
ceramic tile, hardwood close to shopping fenced yard WOULD JUMP
UP AND DOWN IF HOME HAD: large loft 3-car garage 3 or 4-side
brick multiple fireplaces window treatments master on main dual
staircases plasma TV & a maid !! If you have a home or know
