Looking
for a rent to own home so I can move to Chicago and attend nursing
school. I plan on applying my education to maternal and child
health, and opening wellness education centers globally to serve
families. The first education center will be out of this home
in Chicago. Someplace with a basement or attic, or usable large
living room or bonus rooms, a large kitchen (even if it requires
remodeling) Not afraid of a fixer but I have children so no lead
paint. Looking for brick if I can, but really a good solid home
with 2-3 bedrooms, a duplex is fine too. I am looking to rent
to own and to pay 1000 a month as I will also be paying for school,
food, and other necessities. I am willing to pay a somewhat higher
price in exchange for flexible owner-contracts. In this economy
I am hoping I can find someone looking for a long term slow gain
for themselves, while giving me the stability I require to accomplish
my goals in a new city. |
