I need 2 full baths and at least 3 bedrooms. A home that is split into 2 apartments or can be split somehow, would be best. I need to be close to my disabled son and his wife so I am able to care for them, yet at the same time, we need separate living quarters so an agency can come in to help also. It is very important to me to be able to care for my son until my passing, and it would mean so much to me if I knew that he had a home before I pass away. We are all disabled (& receive "disability income" only)so, the lower the monthly payment, the better. I am more than willing to rent-to-own a "fixer-upper". We really need a home.
