This place needs to be on at least 1 acre or more. Out skirts west of Olathe would be great. Wife loves the convenience of the city but I do not. Grew up in the country so would like to get back to that as close as possible. We can afford $800.00 payments a month. We are a family of 5 so funds are budgeted to the $800.00 So we are looking for a place to stay and raise our children.
