I am looking for
a 3 to 5 bedroom row house in the baltimore City area that has
a fenced front and fenced back yard, appox. 2 floors or maybe
3 floors with a preferrence for 3 floors but I can work with
2 floors. I love a nice kitchen and bathroom, must be at lease
average size. A finished basement with washer and dryer hookup.
I love big windows. I want hardwood floors, nicely finished.
I like a high ceiling but average will do. I must have a good
roof because I do not want ceiling falling in a month or a year
after moving in. I would like a combination of gas and electric
utilities, no base board heat but a furnace that heats well in
the winter. A new furnace and I'm already in love I would like
to have 1.5 baths but its not pertinent. Must have a tub and
shower. I'm getting older. I would like for this home to be nice
and broke in maybe a successful rehabbed project that is completed.
I do not mind a mix neighborhood but I do not need a very busy
drug infected, high traffic area on a school route. I would like
to sit on my porch and enjoy the sun setting or entertaining
family and friends so I would also like to cook out from time
to time in the summer. I do not mind parking on the street in
front of my home. I will be looking to spend the rest of my life
in this house, so comfort is a big factor and my walls, I definately
would like extra fire protection between the joining party walls
of the row home because I always believed that just meeting codes
is not enough to feel safe I want to know that I am definately
safe in case of a fire. I want an engineering report and a history
of the home. This will not be a quick sale. Because I want Option
to Rent to Own, but I am also looking for the opportunity to
just puchase the home. I am looking to spend anywhere from $60,000.00
to 100,000.00 because I can also settle with a newly rehabbed
row home project and have my own requirements met but it will
be nice to have it already done. I will want licensed documentation
of the professional work that have been done to the home and
I will be checking the public records to see the price of the
home at purchase and compare that with the price of the homes
proposed sale. I want a legitimate contract and will be checking
credentials not only of the property but the seller. Now if these
demands are met then you will definately be the business person
for me and I will go out of my way to close this deal but take
note all and any pre contractual agreements will be devised with
my own attorney as well. I don't have any babies, my children
are grown but with two daughters, I am looking for grand babies
somewhere in the future and this house will have to suit them
so that they can run and play. I been to college for computers,
so I like electronics and I don't want my lights going out because
someone turned on a 100 watt stereo. And I intend to get that
slomin shield in the house so don't short change me on the electrical
work. So if you have what I need, then I want to talk to you
so that we can discuss a few things. These are all the features
