We
are looking for a single family 2-3 bedroom home or townhome
with 1-2 baths, eat-in kitchen, formal living room and dining
room (combo would be ok) I love fireplaces and we need a basement
that is preferably finished (partially finished is ok) off street
parking, central heat & air, front porch, back yard, ample
closet space and storage space, all appliances. [I have a school
aged child so area schools are important]hardwood floors and
easy to clean windows 80K - 125K is our budget. Prefer a quiet
neighborhood vs a major street. |
