With 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5-2 bathrooms and 2 car garage. We have dogs so we would need a fenced yard and a basement preffered. If you don't have a fenced yard that is ok we can build one. Walk out basement would be great for the dogs sake but not necessary. All our dogs are kenneled trained and sleep in them at night. During the day while we are at work they are either in their kennels or in the back yard. We have never had any trouble with them getting out of the fence and have yet to see any accidents in our current home since they have been potty trained. They are extremely friendly we ave never had any issues with any of them being annoying to neighbors, they rarely bark, but like any dog they do on occasion bark.
