small cottage type home. approx. 900 to 1200 sq ft. I prefer
stone exterior, but not a must. Prefer 1 story home due to disabilities,
although a 1/2 finished basement would be great. Small deck on
back, with nice yard. Lots of light. Garage would be nice, but
not necessary. 2 bedroom, with 1 and 1/2 bath. Air conditioning
a must. I don't mind hardwood floors. Off street parking a must.
A small utility room would be a plus. Washer and Dryer hookups
a must. A fire place would be a lovely addition as well. Does
not have to be close to schools. Quiet street/area a must. Pets
MUST be ok. |
