house to rent for 6-12 months with intention of lease/purchase.
3 bedrooms needed with 2 baths pref. or 1 spacious bath. Finshed
or finishable dry, clean basement, yard, 1 or 2 car garage. I
am in the interior design field and would like to possibly make
small cosmetic improvements i.e paint, carpet, bathroom, etc.
while renting, with the intention of buying the home. Desired
areas: Webster, Kirkwood, Warson, Rock Hill, Shrewsbury, Sappington,
Crestwood, Concord Village, Affton, St. Louis Hills, U City.
Willing to do a short lease term to help you out, even on fixer
upper, if the percentage toward down payment is generous. |
