We
are looking for a brick home, 3bd, 2bathroom,Great room, lots
of storage, gas logs, or other fireplace,Must have all appliance,
as these must stay here. Laundry room necessary, would prefer
a garage, but will consider carport. We really want a fenced
in yard, but at least room for a Golden Retriever. We want a
house that is not a rental, but will be available to purchase
at a time in the near future. We have no children at home, it
is just my husband and I and we do not want to move again, so
we want to be sure we find the exact home we want to purchase.
We do not have money to put down right now, and would like our
payments to remain what they are now, 825.00. WE presently do
not pay water, so that would be a tremendous blessing, We are
great tenants and can supply excellent reference to that effect,
We treat the property as if it were our own. please help us find
the house we are looking for and help you make your mortage, |
