I am looking for a small house, such as a cottage, but with some land around it. I am one person and can have very small square footage, but am looking for clean, renovated kitchens and baths. While modest in size, the house must be in excellent condition. Anywhere along the Hudson or Harlem MetroNorth train line is fine. |
