I have about $5,000 for a down payment but could possibly come up with more if i needed to for a nice home. I can afford a monthly payment of between $800 up to about $1500 depending on the house. I have been renting for $900/month and paying my rent on time for 8 years in Fayetteville, so i have an excellent landlord reference. A home with a little property and with a little privacy would be ideal. Maybe a litle more in the country would be nice but not neccessary.
