A fixer-upper would be fine. My only requirement is that there is a good bit of land with the house. I'm tired of houses that practically sit on top of one another with a small patch of land that is supposed to be a yard. I grew up in the country and love country areas with plenty of land. There would be three adults living in the family with two cats. Please do not bother to contact me if pets are not allowed.
