I am raising three teenage grandchildren alone with no financial help. I am paying $1000.00 a month rent for a very small, 1100 square foot, house. It is too small for all of us. I cannot qualify for a loan only because of a condo foreclosure I had that will not be released until 12/10 therefore not allowing me to buy a home the conventional way.
