am looking, at the very least, for a 2 bed, 2 bath, rent to own
home option. I recently finished serving my term in the United
States Marine Core, 5 year contract. I am a single father of
an eight year old son, and we are looking to start a new life
in the surrounding memphis area. The biggest issue is of course
the price. I will not pay anything over $900.00 for a rental.
New homes are available in all these areas for $699.00-$999.00.
I have great credit, just not looking or willing to jump into
a purchase. I would like to work directly with the property owner,
no agencies. Other than the usual stove, dishwasher, etc. I have
no other requests. |
