I
am looking for a rent to own property (house or mobile home)
in the Mt. Juliet/ Nashville/ Lebanon area. It needs to be at
least 3 bedroom, 1.5 or more bathrooms, under $150,000, and have
a good size backyard capable of accommodating 2 dogs and 2 cats.
I have bad credit due to declaring chapter 13 over credit card
debt. When some of the companies started skyrocketing my interest
rate and raising my payments I felt I had no other choice. I
have never missed a single payment or bill in my life on anything
else besides credit cards. I already own a home in Sweetwater,
TN, but will be moving to the Nashville/Lebanon area for a new
job. I bring that up only to show that I am serious about eventual
ownership. I will not use my home to secure any sort of arrangement.
My salary is $4583 per month, but I still want something with
low monthly payments due to chapter 13 payments, other obligations,
and expensive kids. Remember that I am looking for a rent to
own- not a purchase or an apartment. I will be up there to view
homes sometime between the 7th and 10th of June. I will need
to begin moving in that week, so if there is any paperwork that
is going to take more than 1/2 day to process, then we need to
take care of that beforehand. I am very serious about this and
will make a quick decision as soon as I see the place without
