We are looking for
either a 3 bedroom with den, or 4 bedroom home, large yard, large
kitchen, at least one bedroom and bath on main floor if 2 story.
We are open to any towns in or around Sevierville or Pigeon Forge.
The home can be in need of some repair, husband has 20+ years
of building, remodeling, and maintenance experience, and is licensed
currently in the state of Florida. We have two very small dogs,
one pom and one chihuahua, both very well trained, not puppies!
We are a large family, and my daughter and son in law would be
moving to the same area, and need about the same requirements.
Should be reasonable rent, or perhaps lower rent until repairs
are done, then an increase, or whatever, we are flexible on terms.
Son-in-law is professional landscaper as well, so we come as
a full service family! LOL We have excellent references, and
have always left rentals better than we found them, by far! We
would like to work into ownership, since hubby and I are not
getting any younger. Hubby is semi-retired, and I am disabled,
so want this to be the last move we make. Hubby worked civilian
personnel for the military for a long time, and moving was a
way of life. We are definitely DONE with that, and hope you are
willing to rent long term, or rent to own. Please call or email
