Looking
for a home that is 5 bedroom and/or 4 bedroom with large study,
game room, no extra living needed other than formal dining. Pool
is preferred but not necessary, although with the option to purchase,
yard must be large enough to put in large pool. No homes older
than 18 years old or in major disrepair. Inspections will be
done before rent to own contract is done. I would like some thing
that is at least 3000 square feet as well with upgraded kitchen
and bathrooms. Willing to negotiate price depending on upgrades,
paint, carpet, etc. |
