I would like a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a 2 door garage. Not a lot of trees in the front and back yard, and preferable grass in the yard. I would like to rent to own this property with the purchase price being no more than 100,000. I would like my deposit/down payment to be no more than 1000 dollars, preferable less. I would like for it to be a property that I can stay in for 2 years while working to improve my credit, then purchasing after that time. I would like the lease to be year to year, instead of two whole years, but I will accept a two year lease. Thanks!!!!! |
