my ideal home since my credit is a bit low, am looking for a 3bd/2ba with a lease/rent to own option. would like a garage, a fireplace would be nice, but not necessary. Looking to stay in the Coronado high school district. (79414 or 79410) I have $1,500 to $2,000 to put down and can pay between $650 and $750 per month. I am working on improving my credit and should be able to obtain financing on my own in 12-18 months. I currently live in a brokendown duplex that leaks and has very poor plumbing and a landlord who will not fix or reimburse for repairs. I have very loud neighbors so am trying to find a single family dwelling that if I make repairs to they benefit me, not a landlord.
