for a long term (20 years plus) rental or rent to own/lease opt./owner
fin. (preferred) Must be rural/hobby or small horse farm. 3 to
10 acres-mostly flat or slightly rolling hills with good fencing
and barn, or at the very least stalls. House can be quaint/small/cabin
like even older as long as UTD on things like wiring/ac/has modern
updates. Fireplace is a must have as is central heat/ac. Can
be flexible about other things. Rural, but not "remote",
in a low drug, low crime area surrounding Charlottesville. |
