We
will be relocating to the northern virginia area in late summer.
Prefer the Reston/Herndon area. We are
looking for a lease to own property. We would like at least two
bedrooms as we need a home office and would like to stay under
$1,500 in rent per month. We have a small dog, approximately
25lbs who is house trained. I am a general contractor and therefore
can maintain the home/make repairs as needed. Please note we
have a bankruptcy (filed in march/09 - Dishcarge date approx
8/1) due to a family owned business however I am a disabled vet
and the VA will approve a loan in June/2011, possible sooner.
My wife has a 100k job with a company in reston, va which is
why we are moving there. We are honest hardworking people and
will make excellent tenants. We will commit to being financed
on a pre-approved date for the right property. |
